General

No. The Flow Method begins with the body itself — awareness, weight, breath. Many students start with zero dance background and find their footing within a few sessions.
No. Flexibility is a side effect of practice, not a prerequisite. We work with the body you have today.
No. The audience skews toward adult women reconnecting with their bodies and analytically-minded people of any gender wanting to feel more embodied. Everyone adult is welcome.
A five-stage approach to learning dance as a language: understand the instrument, add vocabulary, form sentences, have a conversation, create your own art. It works across styles.
Bachata, contemporary, sexy dance, floorwork, improvisation, and body awareness — woven together rather than taught in isolation.
No. The goal is to develop your own movement language — to feel at home in your body, express yourself, and have fun. Not to perform for anyone.

1:1 Coaching

One hour, live on video. We warm up together, work on something specific to your body this week, and leave with one small practice.
Send a message through the contact form. I'll respond within 48 hours with availability.
Life happens. 24-hour notice for rescheduling, please. I don't charge for reasonable cancellations.
Most students feel something different in their body within 2-3 sessions. Visible progress — something you notice in everyday movement — usually comes around weeks 4-6.

24/7 Dance Space

A growing library of recorded classes across all five Flow Method stages — bachata, contemporary, sexy dance, floorwork, improvisation, body awareness, and foundations.
Yes. It's always on. You stream classes whenever you have time — five minutes or an hour.
No. A clear space to move is enough. No props, no special floor, no equipment needed.
Regularly. I add new classes as I teach them. Subscribers get everything as it arrives.
Yes, anytime. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment.

12-week Course

You move through all five stages of the Flow Method: body awareness, vocabulary, expression, interaction, and authorship. Each week builds on the last.
Both. There are live weekly sessions (recorded for you to keep) plus a curated library of practices for in-between.
One live session per week (60–90 min) plus 2–3 short practices of 10–20 minutes each. Roughly 3–4 hours a week if you do everything.
Small group — typically 6 to 10 people. You'll have individual check-ins with me and a private group space.
Dates are announced via the newsletter and the contact form. Pre-register to be notified first.

Account & private content

Not yet — the public site and free content are open. A members area for the 24/7 Dance Space and course students is coming.

No. Payments are processed by a third party. I never see or store card details.
No. Accounts are single-user. If someone close to you wants access, I'm happy to talk about options.
